Who could resist a bite of this? It’s just sweet, fudgy and comfort food and perfect in every way.

Ingredients
Unsalted butter – 1/2 cup
Olive oil – 1 tbdp
Caster sugar – 1/2 cup
Soft brown sugar – 1/2 cup
2 large wggs
Vanilla extract- 2 tsp
Plain flour – 1/2 cup
Cocoa powder- 1/2 cup
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Directions
Preheat your oven to 175 C. Lightly grease your baking tin and line with parchment paper.
Mix together butter, oil and sugar. Beat well for around a minute.
Add in the eggs and vanilla extract and beat well for another minute.
Sift the dry ingredients and add them to the wet ingredients.
Gently fold till combine. Please DO NOT over mix.
Pour the batter in the prepared tin and bake for around 23 mins.
You can add chocolate chips or nuts if you prefer.
When you take the tin out of the oven, let it cool for 10 mins and then you can gobble down these heavenly delicious brownies!
