Chicken Malai Tikka boti that melts in your mouth! A perfect appetiser for all your lunch and dinner parties..
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Ginger/Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Boneless Chicken Cubes – 500 gm
Cream – 4 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Black Pepper – 1 tbsp
Meat tenderiser – 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Mint leaves – 8
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green Chilli pepper – 6
Blend together green chillies, coriander and mint in the blender. Add a little bit of water if needed.
Now marinate the chicken cubes in the ingredients mentioned above, including the green thick paste.
Refrigerate for at least an hour. Best if you can leave it overnight for the flavours to infuse!
Take a pan, or a grill, heat it up. Thread the chicken cubes on skewers and place them on the grill. Brush with olive oil lightly. Toss and turn!
Serve with stir fry veggies and rice!
