Yummy and Delicious Chicken Keema

A perfect weekend dish that goes so well with a paratha and a cuppa tea!

Prep Time – 15 mins

Cook time – 1 hour


Chicken mince – 500 grams

Chopped Tomatoes – 5

Chopped Onions – 2 small

Turmeric (Haldi) powder- 1/2 tsp

Salt – 1 tsp or as per your taste

Cumin powder – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp

Corriander powder – 1  tsp

Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp

Red Chilli flakes – 1 tsp

Ginger/Garlic paste – 1 tbsp

Green chilli – 3


Heat the pan with oil. Add in chopped onions and fry till light golden on medium heat. Add in ginger/garlic paste. Mix well and cook for 2/3 minutes.

Then, add in the chicken. Cook till the chicken colour changes to white.

Add in all the spices. Mix well!

Add the chopped tomatoes. Keep stirring till the oil separates.

Now add in 3 chopped green chillies. Cover with lid, cook on low heat for 10/12 minutes. Lastly, garnish with fresh corriander leaves.

Enjoy the yummy Chicken keema with chapati or paratha.
